We're so sorry things aren't working out with your template. Before we can start the refund process, we've got a few questions for you.
We honor all refund requests made within 30 days of purchase for templates purchased through one of our storefronts (Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad, but you don't need to know which to complete this form).
If you instead bought your template through the Notion Marketplace, you'll want to go through their refund process instead. You can generally get a refund within 14 days, but they have their own rules for refunds that we have no control over.
Our system will be able to verify your order number using your email. If you're unsure which purchase email you used, you can use our
instructions on getting an invoice to find out.
